Emma
It was such great time in Jerusalem. Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was enjoyable. Lots of outstanding food, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was large, had a comfy bed.

All in all, it was brilliant base for travelling to Jerusalem. We all truly enjoyed modern and spotless room with 2 single beds, WiFi, for example. The breakfast had a good choice of outstanding food and drinks. The location was great, just a short walk away from an Islamic sanctuary.
We expected there would be restaurant, but didn't find it.

The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from an urban garden. The room where the bedding was burnt cigarette.
There was something as restaurant missing.

Plus, the location is best possible, minutes from a beautiful garden. Moreover, it is so close to Olive mountain, Dung Gate and the Western Wall.

The location was best possible and panoramic for walking around an Islamic shrine. What's more, it was really close to the tombs in the valley below Mt of olives, the mountain of olives, and Gethsemane, church of all nations and russian monastery of Mary Magdalene. Triple room was air-conditioned and the food was savoury.

Great affordable and perfect place with consistently courteous staff from the owners to the staff members. Lots of large and marvellous breakfast options. The location excellent and marvellous close to the mosque. Adjacent to ending with late chek out, the surrounding area and Gethsemane, church of all nations and russian monastery of Mary Magdalene.

Fairly clean place with large breakfasts. Large room with fast Wifi, a TV, as example. Good and excellent location, 15 minutes' walk to an olive garden. Magnificent area.

The location was unbeatable, for example, an Islamic shrine was within a close distance from the hotel. Both rooms we booked were modern and brand-new with extra blankets, a bathroom, as example.

What a happy surprise we had at the Jerusalem Panorama Hotel! The view from our room was absolutely fabulous, with a stunning 5-star view of the Old City and the Dome of the Rock. We couldn't believe our luck, especially considering the modest price of the room. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs, including arranging a hassle-free car rental delivered right to the hotel. The hotel may be basic, but it was clean and our room was spacious. The location was great too, with a quick and easy bus ride to the Damascus gate and walking distance to the Gethsemane Garden and Mount of Olives. We loved the friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood, with plenty of local Arab food options nearby. If you're looking for something a little different and want a genuine community experience, you can't go wrong with the Jerusalem Panorama Hotel.

missing
1) View of the city, 2) good location - close to major sights
1) there were no information materials about what to do and see in Jerusalem, 2) took a longer time to find as we were driving and using GPS unit (rented together with car) due to location in East Jerusalem

Despite the negatives, the hotel did have a few positives. The view from the front facing rooms and the 6th floor dining room was truly magnificent, overlooking the Old City of Jerusalem. The hotel's location was also convenient, within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the Old City. Additionally, breakfast was included and was decent. However, these few advantages were not enough to overcome the overall negative experience at this hotel.
This hotel was a major disappointment. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained.

Helpful staff and good views
No air conditioning. Yes the units were there but they did not work at all! Very uncomfortable at night etc. Staff did eventually change us to another room on the cooler side of the building but still very hot. Also felt hotelnwas very expensive for what we got. Rated 4 star but 2 star at best, We were expecting much more considering what we paid etc.
